Training sessions
To spread information on EAN system, annual itinerant conferences are organized in the whole country (10-15counties annually) helped by the local Commerce Chambers (CCIT) . Every annual general meeting is opened with a theme conference where other profesional associations are invited too. In 1999, the theme was EDI and ECR and the meeting was joined by GS1, GS1 France, GS1 Germany, GS1 Hungary and GS1 Japan representatives.Regular debates and conferences on ECR techniques are organized when commercial fairs organized by CCIRB and CCIT take place in romanian towns, such as: textils, clothes manufacture or shoes manufacture fairs in Neptun, or cosmetical, chemistry and domestic appliances fairs in Eforie or transport fairs in Arad.
